The paper provides an assessment of the human resources (HR) landscape for supply change management (SCM) in immunisation supply chains, which is intended to inform the GAVI Alliance Immunization Supply Chain Strategy.

Through a desk review of the literature on HR in SCM for immunisation supply chains, and through data gathered from 40 survey respondents in 32 countries involved in these supply chains, the paper aims to clarify which HR components help to ensure the success of an immunisation supply chain at the country level, and to make clear where different country immunisation supply chains are currently positioned.
