Hilary is an international organisation development director, as well as a practised NED and board member with expertise in human resources, internal auditing and business finance. She has over 20 years’ experience of senior-level roles delivering transformation programmes and change projects for international companies and non-profit organisations.

Hilary is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, as well as an alumna of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations and the NTL Institute of Applied Behavioural Science.

She also brings qualifications from top-tier and standard-setting institutions, including the Chartered Institute of Internal Auditors UK & Ireland, an MSc in Audit, Management and Consultancy, and the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants
