Global Symposium on Health Workforce Accreditation and Regulation
The Global Symposium is jointly organized by the World Health Organization (WHO), the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG), and the Global Health Workforce Network (GHWN). The Symposium aims to promote mechanisms to expand the global health workforce and optimize its performance, quality, and distribution, as consistent with the WHO Global Strategy on Human Resources for Health: Workforce 2030, through strengthened accreditation and regulatory systems.
