Douglas J. Kent is the executive vice president of corporate & strategic alliances at ASCM. He oversees ASCM’s North American chapters, international training partners, corporate clients and is responsible for growing and strengthening the organization’s strategic collaborations.

He has over 35 years of transformational advisory and practitioner experience with large multi-national organisations.  He specialises in SCOR®-based transformations, supply chain strategy & segmentation, supply chain planning, enterprise risk optimisation and supply chain visibility. As a certified SCOR® master instructor, he has travelled the globe leading workshops, education and transformational programmes.

Kent holds a master’s degree in international business from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Indiana university and has been adjunct faculty for more than 20 years.
