The ToA delineates the outcomes to which PtD contributes and the outputs of PtD’s activities. It provides a detailed blueprint for action, tracking progress and clarifying PtD’s role. It accompanies PtD’s logframe, which provides indicators, data sources, and assumptions. The monitoring and evaluation plan accompanies the ToA to ensure progress is tracked.
